Before you engage our services, please read the following terms.
The terms of service (“TOS”) set out herein shall apply to the service agreement between Erio Platinum Enterprise owner of FinancialGazer.com (“Company”), and the person or business entity named on the order form for such services (“Customer”). These terms, along with the accompanying Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”), will be referred to as the “Agreement” between the two parties above.
Service Rates: The customer confirms that they have been fully informed of the initial rates and fees connected with services supplied by the Company, as well as a comprehensive description of the services to be delivered. The customer also agrees that the Company has the right to alter the mentioned rates and charges at any time. Any promotional offers given by the Company are conditional on the Company meeting its cost of service objectives, which include, but are not limited to, the rates paid by its suppliers. If feasible, the Company will provide the Customer with at least 5 days’ notice of any pricing adjustments.
Payments & Fees: The customer agrees that the Company is not obligated to deliver services under the provisions of this Agreement until all specified charges have been paid in full and the Company has been able to satisfactorily verify the legitimacy of such payment.
Refund Policy: The Company provides all services on a non-refundable basis. Professional services such as Content writing for Blogs, Search Engine Optimisation, and Content Keyword Research are all included. Furthermore, if the firm cancels your job due to a breach of this Agreement or the accompanying Acceptable Use Policy, all payments paid to the Company are non-refundable. The customer agrees not to charge credit card payments for services delivered back. If a client files a chargeback or other payment dispute, they will be regarded as in breach of this agreement and may face collection action as indicated in section 2 above.
Service Cancellation: You may cancel services by contacting our support ( [email protected]). All requests for service cancellation must be filed at least 30 mins prior to the service’s commencement by our writers. Failure to submit a notification at least 30 mins before cancellation. No prorated or partial refunds will be issued when all services are regarded to be rendered.
Billing Errors: The customer acknowledges that the Company will make every effort to ensure that all invoices are issued accurately. However, if the Customer notices any potential problems, the Customer undertakes to alert our Billing department( [email protected] within 1 day of the erroneous invoice’s issue. All bills will be presumed to be accurate after 1 day, and no further billing modifications will be issued.
Credit Card Payments: If the Customer’s credit card is denied for any reason, the Company will inform the customer and the transaction will be canceled.
No Lease Indicated: The customer recognizes that the company is providing a service and that no binding lease of physical equipment or real land is implied by this agreement.
Conditions Violation: If the customer violates any of these terms, the Company will make every effort to contact the consumer through email or phone before taking any action that is avoidable. However, in certain situations, the Company will take whatever action is required to serve its best interests, even if it means suspending or terminating the Customer’s services without notice.
